Our sausages are all sold pre-cooked. You can eat them right out of the box and enjoy them as a perfect mid-day snack. But let’s be honest, you should always cook them because our wieners deserve that extra loving grilling touch that only you can give.
A Biker Jim’s Grilling technique: Heat your Biker Jim’s Gourmet Dogs in a pot of water so they are evenly cooked. Once hot, toss them on a hot grill and split them down the middle lengthwise. This will give them a nice char without burning or drying them out. It’s quick and easy to split them and you’ll have plenty of space to pile on your favorite toppings.
If you don’t feel like breaking out the backyard grill, simply place them in a pan with 2 inches of water, bring to a boil, and cook until the water evaporates. Then brown them in a pan or use the same pan! At Biker Jim’s we don’t make things complicated.
